Shipping Info: Your items are shipped worldwide from Germany.
We are using the most favorable company to send our goods. If you would like your delivery insured, or sent with express mail, please let us know in advance, so we can determine additional shipping fees.

We ship within 2-4 business days, depending on our working schedule, and it may take up to 15 business days until your goods arrive, depending on your location. Please double check your shipping address to avoid any additional latency for you.

For international shipping: Please note that we are not responsible for any VAT/Customs fees that may be related to to your order nor will we help you in illegally circumventing these fees if they are applicable to you. Falsifying customs declarations or having an item marked as "gift" in order to avoid customs fees is classified as Mail Fraud and is a felony.

We can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
